Global Warming - and hot enough to be served

Unusual heat, cold, rain, floods are just some of the disasters that has turned against as recently.

We can choose to ignore these signs and continue our journey of destruction or we can make a conscious effort to do our part. We should be concerned more about how the increased heat can

a) overwork our lungs due to more forest fires and greater pollution
b) cause heart attacks and strokes as heat, will harden the blood vessels.
c) give rise to greater incidences of malaria and dengue fever.
d) spread food and water borne diseases and allergens due to high levels of carbon dioxide and pollen

According to the Farmers’ Almanac, years ending with an “8″ are years with weather extremes and that 2008 will be the hottest year of the last 100 years.

And in South East Asian region, the threat of more earthquakes and uncontrollable forest fires, could haze up the region’s blue skies due to change in wind directions.
