How does Bioslife Boost your energy levels
Most people feel sleepy and lack energy during mid mornings, after lunch and after a heavy dinner.
Another question that users often ask me is, why they feel really energised the whole day up till bed time.
In plain language, after a meal, your pancreas produces insulin to burn off the sugar, which is converted from the carbohydrates that you eat. So immediately after a meal, your blood sugar level rises, insulin burns it off and you feel full of energy. Then about 1 hour later, when your blood sugar levels drop to below normal levels, the insulin production reverts to normal, and you feel sleepy.
When you drink Bioslife 10 minutes before your meals, the 5 different fibres form a fibre gel mattrix that slows down the absorption of sugar into your blood stream. Insulin production remains constant and you don't get any high or low sugar levels in your blood. And you feel normal before and hours after each meal.
Bioslife contains B complex vitamins, and these give you the energy you need, so you feel alert and awake the whole day.
So if you want more energy, or to lose some weight or waist, or control your cholesterol, blood pressure or blood sugar levels, the best time to do it, is to drink your Bioslife 10 minutes before each meal.

How Bioslife helps you to lose weight and waist
Many people keep asking me - how does Bioslife help to not only reduce cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels, but also weight and waist.
When you drink Bioslife 10 minutes before eating your meals, it does 2 important functions:-
1. it provides your body all the nutrients it needs, so your brain feels full and 2. the fibre expands in your stomach, so you feel full faster.
Talk about science. Hunger is simply a chemical signal to the brain that your body needs nutrients. So if you take some supplements like Chlorospirulina before a meal, you actually dont feel hungry. But do you sometimes still feel hungry after eating a big meal? It's because the meal had no nutrients, just calories to fill the stomach, leaving the brain still hungry for nutrients.
So if you plan to lose some weight or waist, drink your Bioslife drink, 10 minutes before your meals, and within 30 days, you will be pleasantly lighter and thinner too!

Protect her heart
By AUDREY EDWARDS
GET women to understand the importance of matters such as diet and exercise. That is one advice that American College of Cardiology president Prof Dr James T. Dove has, for combating the scourge of heart disease, which is the main killer of women worldwide.
Dr Dove was in Kuala Lumpur for the National Heart Association of Malaysia's annual scientific meeting last month.
According to the Women's Heart Foundation in the United States, 8.6 million women die from heart disease every year worldwide. This accounts for a third of all deaths in women.
Eight million in the US currently live with heart disease where 35,000 are under the age of 65 and 435,000 American women have heart attacks yearly (83,000 are below age 65 and 35,000 are under 55 years old).
Women below the age of 50 who suffer heart attacks are twice as likely as men to die. He lamented the fact that women were more focussed on breast cancer, which they perceived was more dangerous. Maybe one reason is age. “Every community has a story of a young mother who dies of breast cancer. So, it gets a lot of high profile play,” he said.
Cardiac disease, he reminded, tends to happen a decade later than men. “An older population is not quite as emotionally wrenching as it is when a young woman dies of cancer. The other issue is a person can have heart disease and look perfectly healthy,” he added pointedly.
Overall, the World Health Organisation estimates that cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the number one cause of death globally and an estimated 17.5 million people died from CVDs two years ago. This was 30% of all global deaths.
Of these deaths, some 7.6 million were because of coronary heart disease and 5.7 million were due to stroke.
More than 80% of CVD deaths happen in low- and middle-income countries. It also occurs almost equally in men and women.
“You have women living longer despite the illness, but the therapy they need to help them live longer is terribly expensive. “The issue is that patients will keep on coming back many more times before they die. It is an extra burden on the family,” he said.

Yes prevention works, but its hard to change your diet or habits. But it's easy, just do drink your Bioslife, 10 minutes before each meal, to protect your heart

Does a high salt intake cause high blood pressure?
NO!. According to Joel Wallace a 1991 Nobel Prize nominee for Medicine, salt intake has no effect on your blood pressure levels.
If you have yet to listen to his highly entertaining and educational audio called Dead Doctors Don't Lie, you can read it here for free. Or if you prefer an audio CD, do contact me.
According to Dr Wallace, salt is not the cause of high blood pressure. After a 20 year study of 5,000 people, 99.7% died after being on a low or reduced salt diet. But if you can increase your calcium intake, your blood pressure will stablise. Read more about Dr Wallce research on high blood pressure here.
So enjoy your salted tasteful food and tell your doctor to stop giving false information and to keep updated, on the updated research on hypertension or high blood pressure.

When's the best time to improve your cholesterol levels?
High Cholesterol Proven to be Risk Factor for Stroke and Heart Disease
When’s the Best Time to Improve Your Cholesterol Levels?
When taken 10 minutes before eating, Bios Life goes to work improving your cholesterol levels four different ways.
It’s a Fact : Cardiovascular Disease is Devastating Today alone, cardiovascular disease will kill 3,500 Americans. That’s at a rate of more than two deaths a minute. However, cardiovascular disease isn’t unique to the United States alone—similar and growing mortality rates are reported in almost every country in the world.
That makes cardiovascular disease the fastest growing pandemic in the world. And that’s a big problem.
What’s Amazing is that Cardiovascular Disease is 80% Preventable! Most deaths caused by cardiovascular disease could have been prevented just by drinking a revolutionary, scientifically developed supplement called Bios Life, 10 minutes before each meal.
But before we tell you more about this innovative supplement, let’s take a closer look at why improving your cholesterol levels can help you avoid cardiovascular disease.
The Cholesterol–Cardiovascular Disease Connection
One of the most effective ways to determine the health of your cardiovascular system is to have your cholesterol levels checked. As a general rule, low HDL good cholesterol and high bad LDL cholesterol in your body, means you have a higher risk of developing stroke & cardiovascular disease.
Why is this important? Because health officials estimate that roughly 50 percent of all adults have unhealthy levels of cholesterol, and that 42 million adults have dangerously unhealthy levels—and you could be one of them without even knowing.
Simply put: Improve your cholesterol levels and maintain a healthy blood pressure level, and you’ll lower your risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
The Weakness of the Traditional Approach to Controlling Cholesterol
For the past decade, the medical community has treated the problem of managing cholesterol by prescribing statin drugs. Statin drugs work in the liver—causing it to produce less cholesterol. Statin drugs can be credited with saving lives from heart disease, but also causing fatal liver damage in the process.
However, nutritional science has made significant advances in the past few years—uncovering three additional approaches to improving cholesterol levels!
The combination of these four safe and natural approaches to improve cholesterol levels, has been patented, and is available for you today in a safe and effective non-prescription form.
Only Bios Life Improves Cholesterol Levels Four Ways
When taken 10 minutes before eating, Bios Life’s patented, unique combination approach improves your cholesterol levels in 4 different ways:
1. Trapping and eliminating the cholesterol in your bile acid
2. Preventing your body from absorbing cholesterol from the food you’re eating
3. Decreasing the amount of cholesterol manufactured by your liver
4. Boosting the enzymatic breakdown and removal of cholesterol
Clinical Results Show Just How Effective Bios Life is, at Improving Cholesterol Levels. In clinical studies, Bios Life was proven to lower LDL cholesterol by an astounding 31%. Some participants reported decreases of more than 52%!
What’s equally amazing is that the average increase of HDL cholesterol was 29%, with some achieving increases of up to 85%! Keep in mind that statin drugs have little or no effect on good cholesterol. And raising your good HDL is the key to lowering your risk.
Your results may be dramatically enhanced if you take Bios Life, in combination with a healthy diet and exercise.
What’s more, if you’re already treating your cholesterol levels with prescription statins, Bios Life will help you reduce your LDL cholesterol even further and raise your HDL even more.
In addition to improving LDL and HDL levels, Bios Life lowers triglycerides—the form in which most fat exists in food, as well as in your body and blood. Bios Life has also proven to stabilize blood sugar levels. No other supplement is more comprehensive for treating your entire lipid profile than Bios Life.
And one more thing—Bios Life’s two side effects are gas and weight loss!
10 Minutes Before Each Meal IS the Best Time to Improve Your Cholesterol Levels.
By taking Bios Life 10 minutes before each meal your daily cholesterol levels will improve and the dangerous build-up of cholesterol in your body can be slowed, stopped, and even reversed. After all, if you improve the levels of cholesterol in your body, you’ll lower your risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

How Cholesterol Levels Contribute to Stroke Risk
Most people know that high cholesterol levels, contribute to heart disease. But many don't realize that a high cholesterol level also contributes to stroke risk.
What is Cholesterol?
Cholesterol, a waxy substance produced by the liver, is a vital body product. It contributes to the production of hormones and vitamin D and is an integral component of cell membranes.
The liver makes enough cholesterol to fuel the body's needs, and this natural production of cholesterol alone, is not a large contributing factor to atherosclerosis, heart disease, and stroke.
Research has shown that the highest danger from cholesterol, comes from a dietary intake of foods that contain high levels of cholesterol. Foods high in saturated fat and cholesterol can increase the amount of total cholesterol in the body to alarming levels, contributing to the risk of atherosclerosis and thickening of the arteries—which can lead to stroke.
Cholesterol is a Lipid
Cholesterol is classified as a lipid, meaning that it is fat-soluble rather than water-soluble. Other lipids include fatty acids, glycerides, alcohol, waxes, steroids, and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E. Lipids and water, like oil and water, do not mix. Blood is a water-based liquid, therefore cholesterol does not mix with blood. In order to travel through the blood without clumping together, cholesterol needs to be covered by a layer of protein. The cholesterol and protein together are called a lipoprotein.
The Good and the Bad Cholesterol: Two Types of Lipoprotein
There are two kinds of cholesterol, commonly called the "good" and the "bad." Good cholesterol is high-density lipoprotein, or HDL; bad cholesterol is low-density lipoprotein, or LDL. Together, these two forms of cholesterol, make up a person's total serum cholesterol level.
Most Cholesterol in the Body is in the Form of LDL
LDLs circulate through the bloodstream, picking up excess cholesterol and depositing cholesterol where it is needed. But when too much cholesterol starts circulating in the blood, the body cannot handle the excessive LDLs, which build up along the inside of the arterial walls.
The buildup of LDL coating on the inside of the artery walls, hardens and turns into arterial plaque, leading to stenosis (narrowing of the artery) and atherosclerosis. This plaque blocks blood vessels and contributes to the formation of blood clots.
The Good Guys
The other form of cholesterol, HDL, is beneficial and contributes to stroke prevention. HDL carries a small percentage of the cholesterol in the blood, but instead of depositing its cholesterol on the inside of artery walls, HDL returns to the liver to unload its cholesterol. The liver then eliminates the excess cholesterol by passing it along to the kidneys.
A Person May Lower the Risk for Atherosclerosis and Stroke by increasing the good HDL and lowering the bad LDL Cholesterol Levels.
Bioslife is the safest, most effective way to naturally improve cholesterol levels

Is it in your genes or your diet?
Most people believe that if your parents or grandparents carried a defective gene, and suffered from asthma, diabetes, cancer, obesity, heart attack and stroke, you and your future generations would carry the same curse.
The fact is this - if you know that each of these so called curses, were actually as a result of your diet, would you change your diet today, so that your children would not suffer the same fate?
We grow to like the food and cooking style our parents fed us. And today, what we enjoyed in our growing years, is what we feed our kids.
So is it possible to break the chain of events, by changing our diets and increasing on antioxidants and fibre, and start to repair our defective genes?.
Quite hard actually, since most of us live to eat and not eat to live. Who doesn't enjoy fried chicken, pizza, burgers, barbeques, fries, nasi kandar and nasi lemak?
The easiest way is to drink your Bioslife twice daily before meals, and you can change your destiny and that of your future generations. Look at it as a healthy orange drink, and within 90 days, enjoy more energy, a slimmer body, healthy blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Want to take the 90 day challenge?

Don't get Heart Sick
The heart can be a time bomb waiting to explode if you are not careful.
TIME bombs: they’re pretty harmless until they detonate. Problem is, you never know when they’re going to explode and when they do, it’s deadly.
You may not know it, but you could have a time bomb ticking away inside you even as you’re reading this article. That time bomb is heart disease and it’s no joking matter.
Tick, tick, tick
You’ve probably heard of heart disease, ad nauseam. After all, it’s been the No. 1 killer in Malaysia for the past 26 years. But do you know how it really starts in the body?
According to consultant cardiologist, Datuk Dr Khoo Kah Lin, a major cause of this is atherosclerosis. “Atherosclerosis is a process where cholesterol and other substances build up inside the walls of your blood vessels, and form plaque.
“Sometimes, so much plaque can form in a blood vessel that they narrow the space inside, and restrict blood flow. When this happens in the arteries supplying blood to your heart, you will wind up with chest pain, breathlessness and fatigue.
“As if this isn’t bad enough, plaque is brittle and can easily rupture, forming a blood clot that can totally block all blood flow. If blood flow to your heart is blocked, you will have a heart attack; if it’s to your brain, you will suffer a stroke.”
Like many people, you probably don’t know if your blood vessels are healthy or otherwise. You may seem healthy on the outside, but inside, your blood vessels could be slowly clogging up.
The thing with heart attacks and strokes is, you can never know when they’re going to happen ? or can you?
“One simple way is to know your cholesterol level,” advises Datuk Dr Khoo. “It can reveal your risk of heart disease.”
You have two main types of cholesterol: ‘bad’ cholesterol (LDL) and ‘good’ cholesterol (HDL). Remember atherosclerosis? LDL is the real culprit. Over time, LDL becomes toxic and penetrates the lining of your blood vessels to form plaque. HDL is important as the more you have, it cleans up the LDL and reduces your risk of artherosclerosis.
There are three reasons why people develop high levels of LDL and low levels of HDL.
1. Smoking
Are you a smoker? Not only does smoking damage your arteries, it also increases your cholesterol. All this makes you twice as likely to suffer a heart attack compared to a non-smoker.
2. Messed up by stress
Do you lead a stressful lifestyle? If you do, you should know that stress affects you in many ways. For one thing, it can mess up your diet, leading you to become careless with your food choices and eating habits. Poor eating habits contribute to high cholesterol.
3. Too fat to function healthily
Being overweight or obese wreaks havoc on your metabolic function. You wind up with high blood cholesterol, high blood glucose and high blood pressure, which result in coronary heart disease, diabetes and hypertension respectively.
The most troubling thing is, this is a three-for-one deal: if you have one, you will develop the other two. And the scariest part? Most people with these diseases will die from a heart attack or stroke.
Defusing the time bomb
Naturally, your next question now is, “So can I defuse this time bomb that’s ticking inside me? What can I do?”
1. Practise healthy eating habits
Eat a well-balanced diet, have regular mealtimes every day and avoid over-eating.
2. Cut down on fats of all kinds
However, some fats are healthier than others. Avoid saturated fats and trans fatty acids. If you must take fats, opt for unsaturated fats.
3. Get heart-healthy fibre
A combination of 5 different plant fibres like Guar Gum, Gum arabic, Locust bean gum, pectin, & oat fibre (beta glucan), have shown to be effective in lowering LDL and raising HDL within 60 days.
Everyone is recommended to eat 25-30 grams of dietary fibre daily. This can come from fruits and vegetables, grains and cereals. However, not all fibres are created equal.
So, if you have normal cholesterol levels, eating BiosLife will help ensure that your heart stays healthy. If your cholesterol is on the high side, Bioslife can bring your cholesterol back to healthy levels. And if you do have a cholesterol problem and are on statin drugs, adding Bioslife will bring your levels down even further, so you can gradually reduce your drugs.
Bioslife is a low-fat source of energy, and takes longer to digest, meaning that you stay full for a longer period of time and won’t succumb to over-eating.
Bioslife is for everyone. It's a 100% natural delicious orange flavoured health drink. You'll love the taste
4. Get off that couch and get moving
Moderate exercise for 30 minutes on most days of the week (or, better yet, every day) reduces cholesterol and helps you maintain a healthy body weight. Try aerobic exercises. They’re great for strengthening the heart. After all, your heart is a muscle and it loves to get pumping! For dedicated couch potatoes, start off with brisk walking. It’s safe, easy and will make a world of difference.
5. Make a date with your doctor
Finally, pencil your doctor’s appointment into your calendar. A cholesterol test every 6 months will put you on the right track with a healthy heart.
Values your heart will love:
Total cholesterol: < 5.2 mmol/L
“Bad” cholesterol (LDL): < 3.3 mmol/L
Good cholesterol (HDL): > 1.02 mmol/L for men; > 1.3 mmol/L for women
Body mass index (BMI): between 18.5 and 25
Waist circumference: < 40 inches for men; less than 35 inches for women
Blood glucose: 3.8 - 6.1 mmol/L before meals; < 7.8 mmol/L two hours after meals
Blood pressure: < 130/80 mmHg
