Scotland Motherwell capt Phil O'Donnell dies at 35

Imagine a 35 year young, fit professional footballer having a heart attack and dropping dead in the middle of a football game.

I guess when people are as fit as Phil O'Donnell, they never bother checking their cholesterol levels. It's usually the unfit ones who live a poor lifestyle, drink alcohol, smoke and don't exercise are the ones who even bother to check.

Just like my 45 year young friend Lai Choo who had a heart attack and died on Christmas day.

If a 35 year young million dollar professional footballer can drop dead during a game, what are your chances of avoiding or surviving a heart attack or stroke?.

Go get your cholesterol test done and if your good HDL is too low, it's time for Bioslife and the 90 day challenge.
